Student Testimonials

Ahmed Salem, DDS, MBA, MClinDen, DICOI
I have been with Percentology since 2014. They do my bookkeeping for all locations and I have never been more at ease with how they handle everything. One of my favorite parts is the how they show my overhead averages compared to the national averages for all dentists, and the real life averages of the other dentists working with Percentology. I look forward to working many more years with them.
Still with us as of 2022!

The course has just opened and we will be back here with more testimonials as they come in.

FAQ
📌 Frequently Asked Questions
Who is best for taking this course?
This course was created for dental practices in the range of $0 to $5 million in annual revenue. Although I speak directly to dentists in the course, it is also great for office managers, spouses, and bookkeepers too. Regardless of who in the practice wants to learn, the best part is that none of you need an accounting background at all. You will be able to understand and apply the concepts taught in this course.
When does the course start?
The course can start as soon as you purchase it. The course is self-paced and you may take as long as you need to complete it. There is no time limit and each lesson is pre-recorded, so you can go back and watch as many times as you want.
How long do I have access to the course?
We are currently deciding on this before we open the course. I'll be sure to update before opening.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the course?
Yes. You get a decent breakdown of what the course encompasses in the Introduction Video posted above. But you should get an even better sense of what the course will be like within the first three days of purchasing. I hope that is enough to make an educated decision that you won't regret. If you're unhappy though, please send us an email at hello@percentology.com within the first 72 hours (3 days) of purchase and I'd love to see if I can help make the experience better or offer a full refund. Once your refund is initiated, your access to the course will be revoked.
What tools will I need to complete the course?
-
Profit & Loss report from your bookkeeper
-
Six different color highlighters
-
A notebook or some paper
-
A pen or pencil (I use a pen in the course)
-
Calculator (or just use the one on your phone)
How do I access the course materials?
Log into our Percentology courses by clicking 'Buy now' or 'Login' in the upper right hand corner of this page or by going here.

The course videos are not available for download and must be viewed through the platform. Some items, such as the course workbook, will be available to download and you have access to those in the 'Resources' module of the courses.
What do I do if I need help?
When you go inside a module, you’ll notice at the very bottom of each module is a place where you can post a question, provide feedback, or just tell us any thoughts you have about the module.
Then the other students of the course, our clients, and the Percentology team of accountants can see and respond to your questions while everyone can chime in, so we can have really well rounded discussions and get different perspectives.
That kind of collaboration is why we built this course inside of our learning community platform instead of building it in a traditional and cold online course platform where it’s much harder to help each other.

We have our email address (hello@percentology.com) at the end of each module for easy access in case you want to ask us a question privately, but I really encourage everyone to use the comment/question feature at the bottom of the module so that we can collaborate with each other inside the course before you decide to ask us questions privately. If you ask your questions in the module, it gives everyone else an opportunity to learn from your questions.
