SONA WEGNER, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Sona is the CEO and Chief Cheerleader of Percentology. She started her career in a Dental CPA firm, preparing tax returns while still in college, and hasn't stopped working with dentists since. She has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a master's in Business.
JENNA MONACO, MBA
Dedicated Accountant
Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, Jenna now calls Colorado home where she lives with her husband, son, and two dogs in the Fort Collins area. Jenna graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Accounting and Business Administration from King’s College. She recently went on to earn a Master of Business Administration with a Finance Certificate from Colorado State University. Jenna’s career has allowed her to serve several industries as an accountant, mostly specializing in tax, where her love of research and helping clients grew. Realizing her true passion of helping clients, bookkeeping allows her to focus on the day-to-day details of what makes her client’s practices tick while seemingly helping them to grow along the way. Outside of work, Jenna loves to be outdoors enjoying her hobbies such as hiking, running and camping the Rocky Mountains with her husband, son, and two pups! 🌄
STEPHANIE VANSWEARINGEN
Dedicated Accountant
Born and raised in bustling Tampa, Florida, Stephanie now resides in Plant City where she enjoys a more small-town lifestyle with her family and growing flock of animals. Stephanie graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in 2018. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting at Louisiana State University. Stephanie took on several roles in public accounting, with the most recent involving both client onboarding and overseeing a team of accountants and bookkeepers. Understanding her passion for working closely with clients and using great attention to detail to deliver high-quality results, she finds her current role as a dedicated accountant to be highly rewarding. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys being a travel baseball mom, fishing trips with family, and raising her chickens!
RENEE ELLIOTT
Dedicated Accountant
Born and raised in Michigan’s “mitten state,” Renee brings over 20 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial operations, accuracy, and process improvement. She successfully built and managed an outsourced accounting department at a large public accounting firm and earned her bachelor’s degree from Baker College. Renee is known for combining deep professional expertise with a practical, people-first approach to her work. Outside of the office, Renee is a proud mom of three teenagers, along with several four-legged “fur children,” and has been happily married for 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and crocheting—interests that reflect the same creativity, patience, and attention to detail she brings to her professional life.
CHANTEL LARSON
Dedicated Accountant
An ocean loving girl at heart, Chantel has found her way to a quiet northern city in Utah where life moves a little slower, and the mountains replaced the waves. Chantel brings over 12 years of bookkeeping experience to our team, including more than five years at a high-level CPA firm. She offers deep expertise across all aspects of bookkeeping, with a particular strength in preparing accurate, accountant-ready financials. Known for her ability to balance meticulous attention to detail with a strategic, big-picture perspective, Chantel supports the long-term success of each client’s business. She finds the greatest fulfillment in translating complex financial details into clear, meaningful insight. Outside of work, Chantel spends her time exchanging recipes with her grown children, FaceTimeing with her grandbaby, and finding joy caring for a jungle of plants and three adorable cats.

Dedicated Accountant
Apply to join the Percentology team as a dedicated accountant. We look for staff accountants with a bachelors degree in accounting and five or more years of experience in public accounting (in a CPA firm). You will be doing the type of bookkeeping done in CPA firms for clients (not the private type with accounts payable or receivable). Tax experience is preferred, but we don't do taxes. 4 Year Accounting Degrees
Most bookkeepers don't have college degrees and were never formally trained by professionals. However, at Percentology, every bookkeeper on our team has a 4-year Accounting degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) working in a CPA firm, having been trained by professionals.
5+ Years CPA Firm Experience
Every bookkeeper must have at least 5 years of experience working in a CPA firm. The experience must include preparing corporate tax returns or preparing the financial reports for taxes, even though Percentology doesn't offer tax preparation.
Thoroughly Trained Upfront
We spend a quarter of the year training each new accountant before they officially begin working with clients. You can be confident that your dedicated bookkeeper is the best at what they do, and we don't accept anything less.
Consistently Improving & Reviewed
We consistently review each client's bookkeeping throughout the year and provide critical feedback to the bookkeepers, ensuring they are continually improving. We don't let our team or our bookkeeping process get stale.
