What Does Dental Bookkeeping Cost?
Dental bookkeeping for a practice is a monthly service. The price depends on the practice size and what is included. Percentology’s monthly QuickBooks Online bookkeeping includes reconciliations, reports ready for your CPA, and overhead comparisons against 100+ practices. We do not prepare the tax return.

How it compares to a dental CPA
A dental CPA costs 1% to 2% of collections, usually the higher end when bookkeeping is included. The tax work is the part worth the fee. You can do bookkeeping separately so the CPA gets clean books and the practice gets consistent overhead numbers through us. More on CPA fees is on the Dental CPA Cost page.
What moves the price
Your practice size is the main driver of price. Practices over $5M that need custom quotes may have other contributing factors, such as activity volume, more bank and credit card accounts, loans, intercompany activity with multiple entities, and anything else that could increase the time and expertise needed to do the job well.
